Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026 · ALFASIHUN
1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you and ALFASIHUN (“ALFASIHUN”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the ALFASIHUN platform, websites, applications and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, or by using the Service in any way, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation — a company, firm, partnership or other entity — you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, in which case “you” means that organisation and you personally guarantee its compliance. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or addenda we agree in writing, form the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
2. Definitions
Applications means the three applications provided under the Service: ALFASIHUN ERP (business operations — sales, purchases, inventory, accounting, payroll, CRM), Professional Advisor (structured, AI-assisted analysis of tax, legal, accounting and compliance matters), and Business Intelligence (feasibility, investment and risk modelling, and market data).
Workspace means the isolated tenant within the Service that holds your records and the records of users you invite. User Content means everything you or your users enter, upload, generate or store in the workspace: financial entries, invoices, client case facts, documents, business models, watchlists and the assistant memory derived from your activity. AI Features means functionality that submits content you select to a third-party AI inference provider and returns a generated result (advisory analysis, the accountant assistant, document understanding, market analysis, semantic search).
3. Your account, eligibility and security
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to form a binding contract.
- Give accurate, current registration details (including a valid business name and tax registration numbers where the applications print them on statutory documents) and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, devices and one-time codes confidential. Notify us at alfasihun@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access — we may require verification before acting.
- Multi-factor authentication, session management and account recovery are provided through the Service; enabling them is your choice and your responsibility. We may require MFA for roles that handle privileged actions.
- If you invite colleagues, employees or contractors into your workspace, you are responsible for their acts and omissions in it, for managing their access and offboarding them promptly, and for ensuring each invitee agrees to terms no less protective than these.
- One person or entity per account. Workspace codes are private; do not publish them or share them beyond your organisation.
4. The Service and its limits
ALFASIHUN provides the Applications under one account, along with support, updates and new features from time to time. Features may be added, changed, reorganised or withdrawn; where a change is material and we can give advance notice, we will.
The Applications produce statutory-format documents — FBR-format tax invoices, financial statements and tax-return summaries. You remain responsible for what you file, as with any professional tool: review the output before statutory submission, and use the built-in export before closing your account.
Market data in Business Intelligence follows each exchange's own publication schedule and is provided for research and planning.
We may impose usage limits (storage, API calls, AI generations, rate limits) to keep the Service available for everyone, and will apply them reasonably and uniformly.
5. Your data and licence
You keep full ownership and all intellectual property rights in your User Content. We claim no ownership over it. Nothing here transfers any of your rights to us.
You grant us only the permissions needed to run the Service for you: to host, store, process, transmit, back up and display your User Content; to send it to the sub-processor categories named in the Privacy Policy (including AI inference providers when you invoke an AI Feature); and to derive from your activity the assistant memory (your learned preferences, recurring categories and interests) that makes the assistant more useful — always within your own workspace. Those permissions end when you delete the content or your account, except for backups, which cycle out on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use your User Content to train our own models. The assistant memory belongs to your workspace and is never shared across workspaces.
6. AI-assisted features
The Applications include AI Features. When you invoke one, the content you selected is sent to a third-party AI inference provider, processed there under that provider's terms, and the result is returned to your workspace. Their retention and training practices are theirs; we cannot bind them.
AI output is professional work product for your review. It is structured decision support prepared from your own data — issues, risks, verification areas and recommended actions — and you sign off on the advice you give with it, as the professional of record.
You remain responsible for what you file, sign, submit or advise. AI features are optional — content you never submit to them never leaves our infrastructure.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow your users to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, sanctions evasion or fraud.
- Upload malware, or content you have no right to upload — including personal data of others you are not permitted to share with a processor.
- Attempt to access another workspace or account, or to defeat, probe or test the isolation between workspaces (tenant separation, row-level security, signed storage links).
- Probe, scan or attack the Service, its infrastructure or its authentication. Responsible security research is welcome — report findings to alfasihun@gmail.com first, give us reasonable time to fix, and do not disclose publicly before we have.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service except as law expressly permits; or resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, bulk exporters) to place unreasonable load on the Service or to circumvent usage limits or rate limits.
- Interfere with the market data feeds by redistributing, reselling or redistributing machine-readable prices outside the Service.
We may enforce these rules with warnings, throttling, feature suspension or account closure, depending on severity.
8. Fees, billing and changes
Where you purchase a paid plan, the fees, billing period and inclusions are those shown at purchase or in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except as required by law, and renew automatically until cancelled.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties and similar charges (including GST, sales tax or withholding) on your transactions, except taxes on our income. Tax figures the Applications compute are informational presets you can edit — you remain responsible for what you actually charge and remit.
We may change fees on renewal with at least 30 days' advance notice by email or in-app notice. You may decline a renewal change by cancelling before it takes effect. Unused AI generations or storage add-ons expire with the billing period they belong to.
9. Availability, support and changes
We operate the Service to keep it continuously available and perform maintenance with minimal disruption. We may change, update or discontinue any part of the Service as it evolves; where a change is significant we will give what advance notice we reasonably can.
Support is provided by email at alfasihun@gmail.com. Support scope and response times are those stated for your plan at purchase, if any.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from settings or by writing to alfasihun@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that endangers the Service or other users, or that we are legally required to act on. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will tell you why and give you a reasonable chance to put it right first.
- On termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Export your data before closing your account: after deletion it is removed on the schedule in the Privacy Policy (generally within 30 days, subject to backup cycling) and cannot be recovered.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination do: ownership of your data, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and the resolution of anything already in dispute.
11. Disclaimers and no warranty
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that calculations, analyses, market data or AI output will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose. Advice or information you receive from us, including via the assistant, does not create a professional relationship.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in that case the narrowest permitted disclaimer applies, and any implied warranties are limited to the minimum period the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ALFASIHUN — including its founders, employees and suppliers — is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, business interruption, or penalties, fines or interest arising from a filing, return or decision you made using the Service, even if we were told the loss was possible.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALFASIHUN against claims, losses, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from: your breach of these Terms or of applicable law; your unlawful use of the Service; User Content you uploaded that you had no right to upload; and statutory filings, returns or advice you produced with the Service and passed on to others. If we indemnify you under applicable law, that indemnity is limited to the liability cap in the section above.
14. Electronic communications and notices
You consent to receive communications from us electronically — by email to your registered address, or by in-app notice — for all purposes connected with these Terms, including notices of changes, security events and account administration. Legal notices to us go to alfasihun@gmail.com or the postal address published on our website; notices to you go to your registered email or in-app inbox, and are deemed received the next business day.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app before they take effect, unless a change is required by law, a court, or a regulator, in which case it is effective as required. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you may close your account before it takes effect.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting proceedings, both sides will try in good faith to resolve a dispute for 30 days after written notice to alfasihun@gmail.com — most disputes can be settled that way. Failing that, the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under its data-protection or consumer law.
17. General
You may not assign these Terms or your account without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale with notice to you. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and the unenforceable part is replaced by the nearest enforceable equivalent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
